Getting Some Mileage Out of Those University Hours in Arabic

My Arabic is extremely rusty, so I thought it would be fun to try and translate the cyberjihadist graffiti Malkin has saved in this post.

As for the "neo" hacker:

• The first line is the Shahadah. (Okay, "translating" that is kind of cheating because anyone who has ever taken Arabic can recognize that at a glance.) It reads: There is no God but God. Muhammad is the messenger of God.
  
• I'm stumped on the end of the second line. I think that the first part reads: God is great and the exalted...

I think I'm missing something obvious. Anyone whose Arabic is not so rusty as mine care to jump in?
